The Great American Tag Sale

Martha Stewart, beloved neighbor and friend, recently held her Great American Tag Sale on her beautiful 153 acre farm in Bedford, New York. The tag sale was held in loving memory of her mother and proceeds went to the Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mount Sinai on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

The tag sale was a 3 day event, including many people who paid anywhere from $25 to $250 - with others spending $1,000 to be exclusive ticket holders. The event was full of people highly anticipating the chance to enjoy the delicious food, drinks, and shopping. The weather was absolutely perfect and people traveled as far as Texas and Ohio to be part of this event. Many celebrities were also in attendance - including Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and others.

Martha spent a great amount of time categorizing the items being sold at the event and making sure everything was beautifully presented. As one of Martha’s friends, it is easy to see how much of a driving force she is - so attentive to detail and care. Overall, the tag sale was a great success - congratulations to Martha Stewart!

If you missed the event, be sure to watch the sophisticated yard sale on May 25th, as ABC broadcasts the event in a one-hour special — The Great American Tag Sale with Martha Stewart.
